Our charcoal furnace is processing raw materials like wood logs, rice husks, coconut shells, palm kernel shells, bamboo, etc into coal by carbonizing. We have three types of carbonization furnaces, and each type of carbonizing machine has its unique advantages and scope of application. Below we will detail introduce the hoist carbonization stove, continuous carbonizing machine, and horizontal carbonization machine.

Type 1: Vertical charcoal furnace

hanging carbonizing furnace is a specially designed charcoal plant suitable for processing larger wood raw materials. It is characterized by an inner and outer furnace structure, where the inner furnace is used for charring and the outer furnace is used for heating to maintain the charring process.

It is suitable for charring larger-diameter wood (logs), branches, roots, bamboo, and sawdust/biomass briquettes, providing an efficient solution for wood charcoal production. The hanging charcoal furnace is suitable for large charcoal producers, especially those who need to handle larger raw materials.

Type 2: Continuous charcoal machine

私たちの 連続炭化装置 is a kind of efficient carbonization equipment, which is characterized by a continuous carbonization process and is suitable for large-scale production.

It carbonizes raw materials with requirements (size ≤5cm, moisture ≤20%), such as wood chips, wood flakes, coconut shells, rice husks, all kinds of nut shells, bamboo chips, etc. with high productivity and stability.

This kind of charcoal furnace is usually equipped with advanced control systems that allow for precise temperature and atmosphere control to produce high-quality charcoal products. Due to its high efficiency and automation, the continuous carbonization furnace is suitable for large charcoal producers.

Type 3: Horizontal charcoal furnace

horizontal charring furnace is common charring equipment, which is characterized by its horizontally placed charring chamber. Our horizontal charcoal furnace is suitable for individual or small-scale production scenarios, simple operation and relatively low cost.

Raw materials: carbonize all kinds of biomass raw materials, such as wood (logs), twigs, roots, bamboo, machine-made sticks (sawdust/biomass briquettes), corn cores, coconut shells, nut shells (peanut shells, walnut shells…), etc.

The working process of a horizontal charcoal furnace is relatively simple, the raw materials are piled up in the charcoal chamber and gradually carbonized into wood charcoal or biomass charcoal through heating.
