Method 1: First carbonization and then moudling
Step 1: Crushing wood waste
Crush various waste wood, such as wood brancehs, segements, trimmings, etc. into sawdust.

Because there is a requiremnt of sawdust waster content, the おがくず乾燥機 is used in this process.
Mix carbonised charcoal powder is mixed with suitable binder to increase the strength of the moulding. Then use the charcoal making machine to press and mould carbon powder into desried shapes.

Method 2: First sawdust briquettes making and then carbonization
Step 1: Crushing waste wood
Firstly, crush all kinds of waste wood.
Sep 2: Drying sawdust
The wood chips or sawdust are then dried to achieve a standard moisture content suitable for pressing.
Step 3: Making biomass briquettes
Using wood sawdust briquettes machine to press the dried wood chips into biomass fuel rods (i.e. biomass pellets or lumps). During this process, no need additive.

Step 4: Carbonizing sawdust briquettes
Finally, the shaped wood chip biomass fuel rods are placed in a carbonisation furnace for high-temperature carbonisation (commonly used vertical carbonisation furnace and horizontal carbonisation furnace), so that they are converted into high-quality charcoal products.
